The Upgrading PyBlosxom chapter is very short and the method of upgrading
depends on how PyBlosxom was installed. I wonder if each set of upgrading
instructions could be moved next to the corresponding install instructions in
the Installing PyBlosxom chapter, rather than upgrading having its own chapter?

Or is there more stuff that could be added to the upgrading chapter?
